Terms of Service

By accessing or using POPIPOS (available at popipos.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. POPIPOS is operated by TRUEGRAIN FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED, registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

POPIPOS is a cloud-based point-of-sale and restaurant management platform. The service includes:

• Point-of-sale order processing and checkout
• Menu management and inventory tracking
• Multi-location and franchise management
• Sales reporting and analytics
• Customer loyalty programs
• WhatsApp Business messaging integration (order receipts, OTP authentication, loyalty updates)
• Developer API for third-party integrations

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Each business organization should have one primary account. Team members are invited through the platform's team management system

POPIPOS allows businesses to connect their WhatsApp Business accounts to send transactional messages to their end customers. By using this feature, you agree to:

POPIPOS provides tools to create and manage WhatsApp message templates. Templates are subject to Meta's review and approval process. We do not guarantee template approval timelines or outcomes. You are responsible for ensuring template content complies with Meta's template guidelines and applicable laws.

• Your data is yours. All business data, customer data, order records, and menu content you create on POPIPOS belongs to you
• We are a data processor acting on your instructions. You are the data controller for your end customers' personal information
• You may export or delete your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements
• We will not access, use, or disclose your data except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, or as described in our Privacy Policy

You may not use POPIPOS to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing via WhatsApp
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or tax evasion
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• WhatsApp messaging depends on Meta's infrastructure and is subject to their service availability, rate limits, and policies
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRUEGRAIN FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including Meta's policies).

• You may close your account at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with notice where practicable
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately
• We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of POPIPOS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Before filing any legal claim, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the primary account holder at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
